The journey of adoption does not end on Adoption Day. Gladney is here to support families throughout the process. We offer Post-Adoption services through the Pennsylvania Statewide Adoption Network. It is a family-focused approach and completely free to all adoptive families whether you expanded your family through private infant adoption, international adoption, kinship adoption or foster care adoption.

New and Exciting things are happening at Gladney Center for Adoption, we would love to get you plugged in to one of our groups!

• Blessing Through Adoption Support Group – Join with other adoptive families every 2nd Thursday of the month at First Presbyterian Church in Beaver, 252 College Ave. Beaver, PA 15009. Dinner is provided along with child care for 3 and under in addition to support groups for kids ages 48, 9-12 and 13+ while the parents meet.
• Teen Group – A social group connecting 14-18 year old adopted youth. Monthly activities are planned to encourage social interaction with same aged peers who often deal with the similar daily struggles. Western PA locations only. Activity varies by month. • Tween Group – A social group connecting 9-13 year old adopted youth. Monthly activities are planned to encourage social interaction with same aged peers who often deal with similar daily struggles. Western PA locations only. Activity varies by month. Please contact Julie Densmore for specific details.
• Mom’s Connected – Needing adult interaction? Enjoy your coffee hot with friends while you talk about the joys and struggles of being an adoptive mom. Join us every 3rd Tuesday of each month for an informal meeting with other adopt moms at A Brewed Awakening, 2236 Brodhead Rd. Aliquippa, PA 15001.
• Virtual Support Group – A virtual and monthly meeting of the minds to discuss topics which relates to adoptive and foster families. 3rd Tuesday of every month from 8pm-9pm.
